School Administrator

First day contact within any school is key in assisting the reduction of truanting children. As an attendance officer in a busy administration office the success of first day contact can be determined by the speed and method employed to contact a parent of guardian.

At Anteon (UK) we believe we have developed the most effective, manageable and responsive first day contact method available to schools known as

Automated Guardian Alert (AGA)

Once registration is complete this first day contact module enables a busy attendance officer to identify absentees of a typical school in seconds, rather than minutes or hours.  Detailed Parent or Guardian contact information is displayed ensuring that the correct person is contacted via SMS text, email or telephone in the fastest way possible. Using a UK network for texting provided by Netsecrets, a Parent or Guardian can be contacted in under 20 seconds, and they then have the option to call or text back to the school to confirm receipt of the message.

School Communicator

An additional module to AGA, this module enables an administration department to contact any combination of students, staff, parents or guardians to inform them of up and coming events, changes in the school day or general news.  A simple but efficient method of contact using SMS text as the prime contact method.

School-Wide Absence Module

Not only does this module provide a direct replacement for the manual registration process when required, but it also enables your form tutors and teaching staff to identify during a specific day who is absent, whether authorised or non-authorised, during any given period.

Lesson Marks

Lesson Marks enables a member of your administration department to view form or lesson registration marks for any given date by students, teachers, year groups and forms.
