VeriCool Database Server Licence
To be installed by our technicians on a school supplied server.
VeriCool Class Registration Licence
Class registration licence and scanner to be installed on a school designated workstation. Additional VeriCool fingertip licences and scanners can be supplied with scanner and installation.
VeriCool Enrolment Licence
Enrolment to be installed on a school designated workstation.
The above enrolment licence is supplied with a VeriCool fingertip scanner and camera to ensure that you can enrol subsequent students and staff.
Installation, Enrolment and Training
As part of the implementation, our technical staff will install the lesson registration software on a school supplied workstation or PC, enrol all 6th Form students and staff and train your 6th Form staff to be able to comprehensively use our registration software.
What better way to guarantee attendance data is correct and ensure that if entitled, your students receive their EMA payments.
Installation and Commissioning
A member of the VeriCool team will arrive on site to install and configure the VeriCool software. This takes 2 hours and is conducted with little disruption to the school, students and staff.
Enrolment and Training
Once installation is complete, enrolment can begin. This will take approximately 2 hours and is conducted by our trained staff. Once enrolment is complete, training of all relevant 6th Form staff can then commence. The training normally takes 1 – 2 hours.
Maintenance and Support
Our comprehensive annual paid software support licence covers all VeriCool software:
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm first line telephone support
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm remote access to the VeriCool database server using "Remote access software"
All VeriCool software is supported and this includes all patches and fixes, as distributed by us.
Warranty
All VeriCool supplied hardware is covered by the following warranty if found to be defective during the first 12 months of use:
12 Months return to base warranty on the registration workstation
12 Months return to base warranty on the fingertip scanners
Pricing
There are two versions of our 6th Form registration software.
6th Form Software – This module includes all software to register your 6th Form students AM and PM and includes full installation, enrolment of all 6th Form students and staff and training of all relevant staff. This solution is supplied for one off cost of £2495 with an annual licence fee of £500.
6th Form Software and Hardware – As above but this module includes the following:
VeriCool Database Server 3.8 GHz Dual Core processor, 1 GB Ram, 2 x 80 GB Serial ATA HDD , 17" TFT Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse, MS XP Pro, DVD-WR (Can support registration in up to 10 classrooms). The database server is to be installed in the school server room.
VeriCool Registration Laptop
Acer Aspire laptop supplied with VeriCool registration and enrolment software pre-installed, along with a fingertip scanner and camera.
Attendance Monitor
Attendance Monitor gives relevant staff the ability to view and administer lesson attendance data. This new module enables a school administrator to input, view and extract student timetable data from the school MIS software in conjunction with our own sequel server database. This, in turn, provides a comprehensive solution for both statutory and non-statutory attendance data.
This latest enhancement to the VeriCool suite of software makes administering pupil data by AM/PM and lesson attendance easy and effective and reduces the work load placed upon the administration department.
6th Form Hardware and Software is supplied for a one off cost of £4500 with an annual licence fee of £500.
