VeriCool for Schools is a suite of software designed to offer the most cost-effective and beneficial way of moving schools from a manual registration / cashless catering process.
VeriCool can use a number of verification identifiers to simplify these tasks, biometric, proximity card, barcode scan or pin code.

VeriCool Multi-Lesson Registration - Our new format class registration module will ensure that you and your teaching staff can, at a glance, identify absentees from that day or any period during the academic year using our robust and ultra reliable fingertip verification software. Teachers can review historical data through the attendance monitor lite button.
Cashless Catering - Offers a fast, reliable and secure way to pay for lunch using your fingertip, VeriCool Cashless Catering offers excellent reporting and administrative support.
VeriCool School Reception - To enhance our biometric lesson registration software we have developed VeriCool Reception, an automated, electronic solution that replaces not only the paper late book but also the need for visitors to sign in at your school reception.
A stand-alone, touch screen terminal is situated at the school reception. This unit provides the ability for students to both sign in late and to sign out, using our proven fingertip verification software. However, we have also designed an electronic solution for recording the arrival of visitors to your school.
6th Form Registration and attendance on the school premises can be recorded easily by pupils simply placing their enrolled finger on the fingertip scanner. This information will record both in the VeriCool database and the schools MIS. Similarly with students signing out, a pupil simply needs to place their enrolled finger on the scanner and this information will record both in VeriCool and the schools MIS that they have now exited the building. This is perfect for schools identifying who is exactly on and off site at all times.
